Garrison Fence is a premium medium-security solution designed for industrial and commercial properties. Made from pre-galvanized steel, our Garrison Fence utilizes high-frequency welding technology to join hot-dip galvanized steel strips, ensuring durability.

After manufacturing, the panels undergo treatment before being powder-coated for added protection. We use silicon bronze for the welds, enhancing rust resistance. The fence features sturdy pressed spears at the top for additional security.

This advanced manufacturing process not only addresses the corrosion issues common with wrought iron fences but also offers a more cost-effective alternative to stainless steel options.

Through a complex physical and chemical reaction, the alloy layer seamlessly integrates with the pure zinc layer and the steel tube matrix. As a result, this integration ensures that the surface of a hot-dip galvanized steel tubular fence can withstand harsh environmental conditions for up to 30 years without requiring additional treatment. Additionally, we actively apply an anti-oxidizing powder coating to further enhance the durability and weather resistance of our finished products. This coating is applied through Electrostatic Coating techniques.

Product Specifications:

• Garrison steel panels are 2400 millimeters wide x 1800 mm, 2100 mm, or 2400 mm high.
• Spears are punched through the horizontal 40 x 40 mm tubing and then welded. This makes for a far stronger fence than a traditional face-welded garrison panel.
• To deter and obstruct criminals, we designed and strongly pressed the spear picket tops on the fences.
• All materials used by-products are powder-coated following AS/NZS 4506-1998.

Standard Production Process:

Material Inspection

Check whether the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe meet the requirements of the product drawing. Check that the pipe has no obvious scratches, rust, and other defects, and whether the pipe has obvious bends.

Pipe Manufacturing

Cut the pipe to meet the length requirements on the drawing.

Spear Forming

To achieve the spear-shaped pressed spears of the garrison fence, we flatten and squeeze the top of the pipe.

Welding

The pre-galvanized steel pipes are spliced into frames and welded.

Surface Pretreatment

The purpose of sandblasting or phosphating the surface of the product is to form a dense layer of pits on the surface of the pipe, thus increasing the adhesion of the powder.

Cleaning

Treat surface residues or impurities to ensure the next step of the process.

Powder Coating

The surface of the product is sprayed with epoxy-polyester powder and cured at high temperatures. This process makes the product’s paint film thickness at least ≥80μm. This process can make the product more rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, so it can withstand the erosion of various harsh environments.

Quality Control

We will do cross-cut testing for the powder coating before delivery. Our QC checks the powder coating thickness at every position of the fence panel. The average thickness of the coating is more than 100 μm.

Packaging

We use wrapping film + square cardboard + strapping tape to ensure safe transportation.
